Hope Kids

Hi families! We’re so looking forward to having you and your family with us this weekend at Encounter Weekend! Here’s some info that will help your kids have a great time!

Check-in

Check in opens 30min before each session.

Friday 6:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 5:30pm

Food

We will have affordable food options for your kids before each session. Food will be available an hour before sessions begin. We won’t be offering food options during the sessions, however we’ll have some snacks available for late in the sessions.

What to Bring

All - Labelled Water Bottle
Primary Schoolers - Notebook/Bible (we have heaps of spares if your kids don’t have them)

Parent’s Lounge

If your little one is unsettled or if you need to give them a feed or change a nappy, the Parents Lounge will be open, hosted and streaming all three sessions.

Communication

Please leave your phone on and on silent during the sessions. If we need to get hold of you, we’ll send a text message asking you to meet us at the Kids Check In area.

Embassy Youth

Food

We will have affordable food options for everyone before each session. Food will be available an hour before sessions begin. We won’t be offering free food options, however we’ll have some snacks available in the Embassy HQ hangouts.

Embassy HQ Hangouts

Embassy HQ will be open to all youth from 6pm where they can hangout and enjoy games, snacks, and connecting with other youth.

Buses from all Locations (Only available on Friday night)

Youth on Buses Arrival and Departure (Friday night only)

Youth travelling on buses with their locations will be arriving to Hope Centre Brisbane at 6pm.

Buses will be travelling back to Locations at 9pm.
