Firstly….thank you!
A Huge big thank you to you for volunteering your time and energy to create a space where kids can find that they belong. That’s what this week is all about!

WHAT TO DO
HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN YOU SERVE

  • We’re here for the kids. Let’s make sure our highest priority is their enjoyment and safety. Make sure you’re spending time with your Crews and Nations more than your friends.

  • We’re not taking pics. Our media team will take all the photos and footage we need to remember this unforgettable time. You’ll get to share and post everything they provide to us after the event.

  • We’re kind with behaviour management. They’re long days and there’s lots of kids and noise. Follow the three step plan and if you’re not sure how to best support a child, speak to a Kids Pastor.

  • We’re aware of what we’re doing. There are links to all of the run sheets for the week. Make sure you know what you’re doing and whats expected from you in leading your groups.

  • We’re in this together. Join the CC Team Zoom meeting on Monday 01 July at 7:30pm.

WHAT TO BRING
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO PACK TO MAKE SURE YOU’RE ALL SET

  • Morning tea & lunch

  • Water

  • Hat

  • Sports themed shirts/uniforms/jerseys - Don’t wear a Hope Kids Shirt - We’ll give you a team lanyard. If you don’t have a jersey, just try to wear a shirt or jumper similar to the colour nation you’re in.
