Our Lives Tell a Story

Each one of us is unique...

Each one of us is unique. We are not in a competition, but in unity with others to please our Lord and Saviour. We all have different roles to play in which God will use us if we are willing to listen to His small still voice.

Hebrews 12:2 (Amplified) ”…… focusing our eyes on Jesus, who is the Author and Perfector of faith……”.

If it is our desire to follow and trust Him, then Jesus is the Author of our lives. We all have ‘ups and downs’ in our lives. It is these down times that build our character and make us strong. We all make mistakes, but God allows that so we can learn, grow and become dependent on Him. With Jesus being the Author, we can look back and see how He has shaped our story.

2 Timothy 2:15 tells us the part we play in our story. "Study to shew yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth."

We need to take the step of improving ourselves and God will open doors that no man can close.

What is your story?

Our lives are a story book. We have seasons as we learn and grow. Our lives need to be readable in a way that others can see that God is in control. God can now use us to help others as they go through both hard times and good times. Be an encouragement to others. God is not only the Author but He is also perfecting us as we serve Him. The last chapter is perfection, spending eternity with Him.
