About Our Services

What are your weekend services like?

Hope Centre hosts multiple services every weekend in many different locations. At Hope Centre, we hope that everyone would feel welcomed and at home. Our services are fun, engaging and relational. Each service commences with live praise + worship and contains the preaching of a practical and relevant message. We also have a Hope Kids program where your children can enjoy a safe and fun-filled morning. Find a campus here!

What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are new to Hope Centre, we will not embarrass you, we won't ask you to stand up nor expect you to give money. We understand that you may wish to check out the church but still remain "anonymous" for a little while - and we are totally fine with that! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and decide if this is the right church for you.

What do I wear to attend your services?

At our weekend services, you will find a mixed variety from business suits to casual clothing. Hope Centre is not about what you look like or what you wear, so feel free to come in whatever is most comfortable for you.

Where are you located?

Hope Centre meets in many different locations across South-East Queensland as well as in our partner church, Desert Life Church, in Alice Springs. Visit our homepage for more information.

Do you have a mid-week service?

Our Life Groups run on various different days throughout the week along with The Embassy (our youth ministry) running every Friday night at 7PM within school terms.

What about my child?

Hope Kids runs during every Sunday service and is a fun, creative and safe environment for your children to learn and play in. We also run Fusion every second Sunday for teenagers in grades 7-9.  The Embassy is on for all high school students every Friday night at 7PM. It's a night full of games, worship and a practical and relevant teaching.

How can I meet others and get connected?

One of the best ways to meet others and learn more about Hope Centre is through the Hope Adventure. The Hope Adventure is held at every Hope Centre campus on the first 4 Sundays of each month and occasionally mid-week at specific campuses. Another way for you to get connected into community here at Hope Centre is by attending a Life Group. You can find a Life Group that best suits you here. In both of these, you have the opportunity to build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

How can I be discipled and grow?

The first step for this is to attend the Hope Adventure. This is a safe program that will get you connected at Hope Centre and will also help you grow alongside others who are on the same journey as you.

Why do you have Life Groups?

Life Groups are where church becomes family and where we can establish healthy and life giving relationships with each other.  It’s also a great opportunity to hang out with friends and grow together as we discover how to apply God’s Word to our lives. Life Groups are available for all ages and interests—there’s bound to be one that’s just right for you! Learn more about our Life Groups, or find a group to visit here.

How can I get involved in a Life Group?

Connecting into a Life Group is one of the easiest things to do at Hope Centre. Our Life Groups meet all across Brisbane and provide a space for Bible study, fellowship and support. Find the perfect Life Group for you today!
