You’ve made the absolute best decision of your entire life. You’ve turned from your old way of living, of living for yourself and turned to a new life led by Jesus. The Bible describes it as going from death to life, from lost to found, to be saved and born again. We couldn’t be more excited for you.

Here’s the thing for you to know today: salvation is only the beginning of our journey with Christ.

See, we were created to have friendship with God. When humanity sinned, our connection with God was broken beyond our ability to repair it. We were eternally separated from God because of sin. No matter how hard we try or what we do, we could never reach the mark. Humanity was unable to reconnect with God. The only solution was that someone who was without sin who could stand in the gap for us, and repair what was broken. That person was Jesus.

God sent his son, Jesus to earth to take our place by dying on the cross and help us reconnect with God once and for all.

By believing in Jesus, trusting in His work on our behalf, we can have a real relationship with God.
